Build Your Career With Infinium

Good people deserve a team that shares knowledge, helps with difficult calls and values character alongside technical skill. At Infinium, we back one another up and take pride in doing difficult work well.

Build your skills through in-house, on-the-job and manufacturer-specific training. Our field progression runs from helper or apprentice through Technician I, II and III to field leadership, based on demonstrated competency. As you grow, opportunities include leading jobs, coaching others and building customer relationships.

Gain experience across commercial HVAC, refrigeration, beverage, ice and cooking equipment. If you bring humility, ownership, curiosity and a willingness to help others succeed, we would like to hear from you.
